The Conjuring 3: Plot

The Conjuring movies take their plot from real-life experiences of Ed and Lorraine Warren. The Warrens are paranormal investigators. So, the plot of the third movie will be based on the trial of Arne Cheyenne Johnson. In 1981, Johnson, who was facing trial for murder, claimed that a devil had made him do it. Moreover, he said that the devil had possessed his 11-year-old neighbour and forced him to do it. Therefore, the Warrens had come to investigate whether this was true. This will be the plot of the movie.

Cast

Vera Farmiga is coming back as Lorraine Warren. Additionally, Patrick Wilson will also be coming as Ed Warren. These are the two main characters of all the Conjuring movies. Unlike the last two movies, James Wan will not be directing Conjuring 3. Michael Chaves, the director of “The Curse of La Llorona” is the director. Ruairi Connor will play the role of Arne Johnson, the man on trial. Julian Hilliard will play the supposedly “possessed” boy David Glatzel.

There is no trailer for the movie yet but Warner Bros. should release it soon enough. The wait for fans should end in a few months. Until then, they can enjoy the other movies from the Conjuring universe.
