When the Duttons come back for the second half of season five, there will be more romance, family drama, violence, and betrayal.
Kevin Costner hasn’t been the main star of a TV show since Hatfields & McCoys in 2012. The story of the Dutton family, who own the biggest ranch in Montana, is his first since then.
The series, which Taylor Sheridan and John Linson made, has become one of Paramount’s biggest hits. In the first four seasons, stars like Danny Huston, Gretchen Mol, Josh Holloway from Lost, Piper Perabo, and singer Faith Hill have appeared as guests.
And season five was the most successful season of the show so far. Yellowstone came back to TV on November 13, and 12.1 million people in the US watched it either live, or the day it came out. In comparison, more than 11 million people watched the season four finale, which is a good sign for the season five premiere.
Read on to find out what season five has in store for part two.
