What is Greenhouse Academy about?
Greenhouse Academy, based on the Israeli television series The Greenhouse, debuted to positive reviews. However, its viewership reportedly did not grow significantly in the subsequent seasons and years. The initial fascination with the melodramatic science fiction series seemed to fade over time.
According to one Meaww review, by season four, the preteen-friendly show had seriously lost “its zing” and appeared to be running out of original plot points and angles. According to some critics, this is what ultimately sealed Greenhouse Academy’s fate on Netflix.

Greenhouse Academy Season 5 Release Date
The Greenhouse Academy television series has been officially canceled by Netflix. Greenhouse Academy’s fourth season will be it’s final. Netflix has no plans for the next season, but we never know. Season five has not been planned or scheduled as of July 2022.

Showrunner and creator Giora Chamizer expressed her intention to continue the show to Decider shortly after the fourth season was released. Chamber also stated that she is hoping for a total of six seasons in total. Greenhouse Academy will need to find a new home if the fifth and sixth seasons are to take place.
