Gangubai Kathiawadi Plotline
He was born into a prosperous family in Kathiawad, and his name is Ganga Harjivandas. She wished to pursue a career as a Bollywood actress. It was when she was 16 years old that she met and fell in love with Ramnik Lal, and they were married a short time later. It is because Ramnik told Ganga that he would assist him in becoming a movie star under the supervision of his aunt Sheela that they choose to elope. She is then sold to a brothel in Kamathipura for merely Rs 1000, and her entire life is turned upside down as a result. She was compelled to enter the prostitution business at that location.
Later on, she rises to the position of Gangubai Kathiawadi, a powerful brothel madame. She runs for office in the district where she resides and is elected. When Rahim Lala knocks up the man who raped her, he becomes her legally recognised brother. Gangu eventually falls in love with a young tailor named Afsaan at the end of the film. She spent a long time working to ensure that women had the same rights as males who worked in the s*x industry, but she no longer has those rights.
