The 36-year-old actress was the most searched A-lister of 2022, with an average of 5.6 million searches every month in the US. This was likely because of her high-profile court battle with Amber Heard‘s ex. Johnny Depp, the ex-boyfriend in question, was not far behind in second place, with 5.5 million searches per month.
The couple watched a lot of pop culture while their shocking defamation trial went on for most of the year. In June, Depp won $15 million from his ex-wife, and Heard won $2 million in her countersuit.
