The manga series One Piece, written by Eiichiro Oda, focuses on the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and his friends as they sail around the world to hunt for a treasure called One Piece. One Piece is a series that has been in publication for 20 years and has just surpassed its 1,000th episode.
Many people would either praise One Piece for its long length or complain about it. Having the time to read and watch every chapter can be difficult because there are so many chapters and episodes. Meanwhile, avid fans would counter this by saying that you’ll want more once you reach Wano, the latest arc.
One Piece is a series by veteran anime director and creator, Eiichiro Oda. It tells the story of Monkey D. Luffy and his crew of The Straw Hat Pirates with their search for a forgotten treasure called “One Piece” at the end of the Grand Line As fans eagerly await the answer to just how long Oda plans on continuing, there are a lot of discussions on when One Piece will end. A few years ago, Oda has hinted at the remaining percentage he’s written for the story being around 50%.
In 2019, the creator of One Piece announced in a YouTube video that he wants to finish the series within five years. Five years ago, Oda had already planned out an ending for his manga. The story editor also reassured fans about the point at which One Piece would be finished and released. Creator Eiichiro Oda previously said in 2016 that the manga is at 65% completion.
