In July of 2016, a high-profile relationship between Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift was confirmed by the A-list powerhouses themselves.
Tom and Taylor first appeared to catch each other’s eye across a dance floor in the midst of dancing to Jay-Zs hit song at the 2016 MET Gala. The two were still together with their current partners, but sparks flew and Ms. Swift had her eye on Mr. Hiddleston.
In early June of 2016, the couple announced on social media that their 15-month relationship had ended. According to People, it was a mutual decision and there were no major issues between them; just “things didn’t work out sometimes.” The timeline does not prove Tom cheated.
A source told E! News at the time of the feud that Tom was handling all the drama quite well. The insider said Tom knew that negative media would come with dating Taylor. Hiddleston has been enjoying the time he’s spending with Swift, laughing and providing support.
Taylor is not happy about what happened with Kim and Kanye. She thinks they are using her to get even more publicity. She believes that she will never work with or talk to Kanye again because of this.
