Since the first episode of the first season, millions of people have loved The Punisher. After a mind-blowing second season, Netflix has now confirmed that season 3 of Punisher will not happen.
Many fans’ hearts are broken by this news. Even though the news was expected since Marvel and Netflix have been having trouble getting along. In an official statement, the Netflix team said how much they appreciated everyone who worked on the show.
Marvel Series Will Be Cancelled By Netflix

But, as we said before, Netflix hasn’t made an official announcement yet. On the other hand, Steve Lightfoot, the cast and the crew, including Jon Bernthal, have all been recognized by Netflix as long-term partners.
The Punisher is expected to come back not only on Disney+ but also on Hulu. After what Kevin Fiege said about the character coming back, it’s safe to think about all the options.
The Punisher Season 3 – What Are The Probabilities?
There will not be a third season of the action-packed show on Netflix. Netflix has decided to end the show in 2019, which seems like a shame.
