Shazam 2 comes out on March 17, 2023. Shazam! Fury of the Gods was supposed to appear in theatres on December 21, 2022, but that date has been changed. Initially, the movie was set out on April 1, 2022. The COVID-19 Pandemic, on the other hand, pushed this sequel back to November 4, 2022, and then to June 2, 2023.
Warner Bros. moved Shazam! Fury of the Gods up to December 16, 2022, and then pushed it back to December 21, 2022, so it wouldn’t compete with Avatar: The Way of Water.
Before the latest date change, David Zaslav, the CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, said this about the movie:

Black Adam Is Not In Shazam 2
When Black Adam was announced, there was instant talk about how Dwayne Johnson’s villain-turned-antihero and Levi’s Billy Batson would eventually meet. Fans who wanted to see the long-awaited fight between Shazam and Black Adam will be disappointed because Dwayne Johnson’s anti-hero won’t be in the sequel.
It seems unlikely that Johnson will return to the DCU in any way after the disappointment and drama surrounding Black Adam. Even though there were hints about what might happen next in the Black Adam series, the character is not in the new version of the DCU.
Even though Black Adam is the most well-known Shazam villain in the comics, it was said that Johnson didn’t like Shazam as a character and pushed to leave that connection out of his film. Instead, Johnson made for Henry Cavill to come back as Superman in the scene after the credits at the end of Black Adam.
