Prince William’s Rare Personal Message About Feeling ‘Gutted’ on Twitter

Prince William recently published a different personal announcement on the Twitter account he shares with Kate Middleton. Across the weekend, the Duke of Cambridge, 39, posted a short note on social media, where he gave his views across a modern rugby community.

He wrote, “Gutted for @AlunWynJones that he won’t be capable of captaining the Lions because of harm. Wishing him a quick retrieval and best of luck to the rest of the Lions organization as they fixed off for South Africa. We are all following you!” 

As proof that this news came immediately from the duke himself, he ended the post with a customized sign-off: “W.”

Prince William points to Alun Wyn Jones, a known Welsh rugby member who freshly broke his shoulder. As a consequence, Jones was directed out from becoming the British & Irish Lions captain and was replaced by Conor Murray.

Though he unusually confines and expresses his posts, this isn’t the initial time the Duke of Cambridge has talked out regarding sports on social media. Finally, in April, the royal premiered an official announcement on Twitter, where he marked the “Super League” intended for Europe’s soccer teams.

The tweet stated, “Now, more than ever, we should protect the whole football association–from the highest level to the grassroots and the importance of debate and justice at its core. 

The interests of enthusiasts regarding the proposed Super League and the destruction it hazards creating to the game we like.
