Money Heist Part 4:Plot Twist Explained, Review For The Season 4

The biggest crime drama series is back with its new season. ‘Money Heist‘, originally known as ‘La Casa de Papel’ released 5 episodes of its new season on Netflix. As the world is suffering from quarantine because of the coronavirus, nothing could be better than a new season. The fans were eagerly waiting for its premiere since the ending on the previous season.

Money Heist Part 4: A Recap

The previous season’s finale left the fans on the edge of their seats as it ended on a cliffhanger. For those of you who don’t remember: in the last episode of season 3, Nairobi was shot in the chest by Alicia Sierra. Alicia brought Nairobi’s son and asked her to surrender and as she tries to get a glimpse of her son, she gets shot. Also, Raquel gets captured which tears the Professor apart.

Along with so much of drama at play, a raging Sergio orders the gang to launch an attack against the brigade of the army outside the Bank of Spain. Therefore, declaring a war against Alicia. The show’s finale left us with several questions like Will Nairobi survive? Will Professor’s plans fall apart? Does Lisbon throw him under the bus?

Money Heist Part 4: New Season’s Plot Review

The first episode of the new season takes things off right where they were left. We see the gang attempting to save Nairobi while Alicia tries to break Raquel for Professor’s whereabouts. Meanwhile, Palermo and Tokyo are involved in a power fight as Nairobi is on her death bed. Furthermore, the Professor manages to learn his girlfriend’s location and successfully hacked into the investigation.

And in a drastic turn of events, one of the biggest hostage of the thieves has escaped and is bringing a lot of trouble for the team. The new season is following the traditional upward trajectory the earlier seasons have followed. And it is typical of the makers of the show to keep the best at the end, so much so that even the most action-oriented scenes lack something.

Some viewers have noticed a pattern to the series i.e. the odd seasons pack the drama and the even seasons pack the action. The odd seasons are used as a groundwork for the show. So, following the same, this new season saw a lot of politics and betrayal rather than drama.

The Wait Continues

As of now, only 5 episodes have been released by the show makers. This has made the fans to wait for a little longer as it seems that the best is yet to come. The viewers hope to see the complete season soon. Overall, the new season is a must-watch and one should see this fabulous show.
