marvel cinematic universe

Marvel Cinematic Universe abbreviated as MCU has created a lot of superhero movies inspired by Marvel Comics. Also, the movies are divided into phases to get clear quality of the story because all the movies are interconnected. Any delay in movies could create a lag behind the storyline. MCU is under pressure due to global lockdown.

MCU: Reschedule Phase 4

All the countries are under lockdown because of the corona pandemic. All production companies have rescheduled their movies and series. Marvel with its end of Phase 3 by The Avengers: End Game in 2019 has its phase 4 list ready to go. Unfortunately, many movies and series of phase 4 have been rescheduled.

Black Widow from phase 4 has been rescheduled to release in November 2020. Also, it will be the only Marvel movie for this year. MCU has officially announced these new recently. Pandemic Breaks The Tradition Over A Decade

This global pandemic breaks the decade tradition of MCU. This happened back in 2010. Iron Man 2 was the only Marvel film released in 2010. All the movies of MCU are interlinked to the story. So, if there is any lag in movies it could affect the whole storyline. MCU has done a great job of withholding the story after Iron Man 2 because it has a time gap between films.

Now, MCU is experiencing the same issue. Black Widow will be the only Marvel movie in 2020. Other movies are rescheduled and the date is release is unexpected. This will create a time gap in the storyline. Probably, this could affect the whole sequel of MCU. The fact that Black Widow aka Natasha Romanoff was first introduced in MCU through Iron Man 2 hopefully interviews the current situation.

Other Movies Soon

The shooting and production of other movies with start soon after the pandemic. It will cause a lag in the storyline but Marvel will manage to bring it up. The fans are quite disappointed with its tradition but they are also supportive of the studios. Marvel has got its fans and they could overcome every tough situation with their support. This will be a huge vacation for MCU but they’ll strike back with full entertainment soon.
