In light of Gojo’s renowned resurrection following Toji’s surprise strike, Toji was advised to aim for the head.
While the damage done is significant, the early mention of Gojo’s father and Kashimo’s interference can provide some spice to the chapter.
If Yuta, Shoko, and the others can divert Kashimo’s attention long enough, they may be able to help Gojo’s RCT revive him.

Satoru Gojo is the most powerful Jujutsu Sorcerer in the world, and as such, he has a tremendous amount of sway over the lives of those around him, especially his trainees. His absence will help them to emerge from his shadow because he is stronger than they will ever be, even though they look up to him to varied degrees and he does wish to empower them.
In addition, without him as a safety net, his students will argue with more maturity and respect for one another.
For his passing to have real and lasting effects
A meaningful and ultimate death is often undone or the character is not killed off at all, despite appearances to the contrary, which lessens the effect of the death. Gojo’s death should be permanent so that it has a greater emotional impact on the remaining characters and the audience.
To hand off his legacy to others
Satoru Gojo wants to change the Jujutsu culture because he disagrees with so much of what the elders of the community do. His method is teaching, and after his death, his devoted students and other fictional characters he cared about, like Shoko and Utahime, would be able to continue his work in their ways.

The reasons why Satoru Gojo must continue to live
All eyes are on Gojo, the franchise’s poster boy
Satoru Gojo is the most recognizable and marketable character in the franchise, therefore Gege Akutami is unlikely to kill him off. The entire Jujutsu Kaisen community would be devastated by his passing, which could lead to a decline in viewership.
Moreover, his death may have polarized his fan base, with some supporting it and others opposing it.
Gojo is no closer to his objective
