Hugh Jackman might find it fun to play Wolverine, but there’s an excellent reason he has yet to retake the part after so many years. He needs to look at the region, which means he needs to get in shape and put on muscle. It requires a strict workout plan and a just as strict diet to support it.
Hugh Jackman recently said on social media that to be Wolverine in Deadpool 3; he has to eat about 8,000 calories a day. Now, he’s back with an intense training video that shows some of the challenging exercises he has to do.
He already looks ripped, so that’s not a surprise.
When he went back to the gym for Wolverine a few months ago, the actor started getting more significant. Ryan Reynolds also did it. The second Deadpool doesn’t have to be as strong as Wolverine, but he still has to look the part. Not to talk about the “feud” between Reynolds and Jackman, which makes Reynolds have to keep up with Jackman.
Soon after Jackman posted his impressive 8,000-calorie daily menu, Reynolds replied on Instagram. “Keeping up with the Jackmans,” he wrote as the caption for a picture of himself getting ready to go to the gym a few days ago.
But, once more, there’s no doubt that Jackman will bulk up faster than Reynolds for Deadpool 3. It’s how Wolverine’s job works. And Jackman will keep showing his work through social media.
The most recent example is a 25-second video of him doing one of these painful exercises while his trainer watches.
Jackman also used the same theme, saying that he’s becoming Wolverine again, just like he did in social media posts that showed him training or eating for the Deadpool 3 role or doing something because he just ate something he shouldn’t have.
In the clip, the actor finishes the exercise, says hello to the audience, and thanks his trainer before stopping. But another set or activity that is just as hard is coming up.
Jackman’s work is awe-inspiring, even without the excitement of McU, Deadpool 3, and Wolverine. The actor is now 54 and played Wolverine for the first time when he was 32. When he played Wolverine in Logan for the last time, Jackman was 48 years old. But he seems just as determined to get back in shape for Wolverine. We would never have thought otherwise.

Deadpool 3 Will Land In Theaters In 2024
Deadpool 3’s plot is still a secret, but a new synopsis says it is “another chapter in the raunchy, violent, and, of course, funny Deadpool series.” Which doesn’t tell us a whole lot. It Is Now Hotly Rumoured That Deadpool 3 Will See Ryan Reynolds’ Wade Wilson and Hugh Jackman’s Logan Embarking On A Road Trip, With Many Speculating That The Deadpool Threequel Could Take A Meta Approach And Follow The Pair In Their Attempt To Leave The Crumbling Fox Universe Behind In Favour Of The Mcu.
We know that Jackman will be back as the same old Logan in Deadpool 3. “You Have No Choice. He’s the more angry, sarcastic, and grumpy Wolverine, and let me tell you, he’s going to take a lot of free shots at Ryan Reynolds. That is, physically,” Jackman said.
The actor who plays Wolverine has also said some things about the love-hate relationship at the heart of Deadpool 3. “How Do I Put It in a Box? He said, “We’re both zero, which means we hate each other. Ten is close, and zero is the truth.” From my point of view, Logan is annoyed by him, wants to be a million miles away from him, or wants to hit him in the head. In this movie, he can’t be more than a million miles away from him, so I’ll probably hit him in the head a lot.”
Deadpool 3 is set to come out on November 8, 2024, as part of Phase Six of the McU. It will be directed by Shawn Levy, written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, and star Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, and The Crown’s Emma Corrin.
