In The Season 2 Finale Of Demon Slayer, Does Inosuke Die?
He does not die in the last episode of “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” season 2. The Demon Slayer runs away with Daki’s head after she is decapitated during the fight with the Upper Rank Six demons. Because Gyuutarou isn’t beheaded right now, he knows that she won’t die, so he makes a smart move by not letting her head fuse with her body again. Unfortunately, Tanjirou doesn’t keep an eye on the person who owns the Upper-Rank Six. Gyuutarou takes advantage of this, and Tanjirou doesn’t notice. Because the weapon went right through the Demon Slayer’s heart, it looks like he stabbed Inosuke in the back with it, too. There is no sign of life in the pool of blood where Tanjirou’s friend fell from the roof.
However, in the penultimate episode of the second installment, Zenitsu uses God Speed, which is an extension of the Thunderclap and Flash technique, to attack Daki. Insuke joins him, and they both fight Daki.
The Demon Slayer says that poison doesn’t hurt him. Another reason Gyuutarou didn’t stab his heart was because he can move his organs inside his body. Things don’t look good for Inosuke, though, when the Upper-Rank demons are taken down. People who know Tanjirou and Nezuko tell them Zenitsu told them that their friend is having a hard time fighting for his life, and with each passing second, his heartbeat gets weaker. Tanjirou and Nezuko are concerned about the situation, so they find Insouke and start to look at him. There is a good chance that Inosuke underestimated the poison of Gyuutarou, and now he is paying the price for it. There is no way to tell for sure, but even though he said poison did not hurt him, it looks like he is having trouble.
It turns out that Tanjirou’s friend doesn’t have a lot of time. Even if Tanjirou sends a crow to ask Lady Shinobu for help, Insokue will most likely die before help comes. It’s at this point that Tanjirou is shocked by how helpless he is and that he is going to lose his friend, who has put everything on the line to fight with him.
When Nezuko puts his hands on Inosuke’s body, he does something called “Blood Demon Art” to get rid of the poison in his body. Her powers are so strong that Insouke, who was struggling to live just a few minutes earlier, can even talk to Tanjirou. He doesn’t die at the end of “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” season 2.
