Death March To The Parallel World Rhapsody’ Season 2 Release Date Status & Renewal Status in 2022!
Animated by Silver Link, the studio behind ‘Kokoro Connect’ and ‘Strike the Blood,’ ‘Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody’ is the kind of anime you should watch with no preconceptions.
In the plethora of Isekai anime created by most studios these days, ‘Death March’ is merely another program with its overused clichés and monotonous narrative.
Do not misunderstand. I’m not saying it’s unwatchable; in fact, it’s one of the greatest alternatives available for someone searching for a conventional fantasy harem.
However, for those, like myself, who are bored of the genre’s dismal themes and want a program that delivers more than overpowering heroes and fancy game worlds, this is the kind of anime you would watch to pass the time.
Death March To The Parallel World Rhapsody’ Season 2 Release Date
There has been no confirmation of a second season renewal as of yet. However, this does not automatically imply that the series has been canceled, given there have been no official reports to that effect.
That is because Silver Link, Connect, and the other firms participating in the program’s production have yet to comment on the show’s status. However, this does not always indicate that the program will not return in the future.
Although the series revolves around an almost defunct category in isekai, the series has gotten generally positive reviews from fans and some reviewers both in and outside of Japan. As a result, the studio and directors of the anime would never contemplate discontinuing something as popular as Death March.
Additionally, the Season 1 conclusion ended on a huge cliffhanger, implying that the studio may continue the tale in the future.
It keeps supporters of the first season hoping for the second season. Even though no official announcement has been made, there is still some hope in the community, keeping the series alive.
Death March To The Parallel World Rhapsody’ Season 2 Plot
Ichiro Suzuki is a 29-year-old game programmer that takes his profession extremely seriously and often works day and night on the massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs) allocated to him by his firm.
Even on weekends, he chooses to patch issues in the two MMORPGs he has been working on and falls asleep after becoming very tired.
He awakens in a completely another environment that has a striking similarity to one of the games he was previously working on. And, from the looks of it, he’s landed exactly next to the game’s Start menu.
As soon as he processes the issue, several lizardmen assault him, forcing him to employ three unique ‘Meteor Rain’ attack choices to defeat them. He kills a god while slaying the animals, immediately raising his game level.
Recognizing the gravity of the situation, he sets out to complete his objective in the game to finally find his way out.
With some of the most sophisticated magical abilities and weaponry at his disposal, he finds new acquaintances in his new realm while simultaneously attempting to conceal his overpowering position.
