Blue Exorcist Season 3 Plot
Blue Exorcist is set in a fictional universe with two dimensions: Assiah, the material realm humanity dwells in, and Gehenna, a demon world governed by Satan.
While traveling between the two realms is often difficult, devils may cross through Assiah if they possess any live creature. Given the likelihood of demons passing through Assiah, humanity has educated exorcists for millennia, a group of professionals under the direct supervision of the Vatican who excel at tracking down and eliminating demons.
The drama is set against this setting and follows Rin Okumura’s teenager. Although Rin seems to be an average adolescent, his life is flipped upside down when he discovers he is the son of Satan, the demon realm’s king.
When Satan attempts to infiltrate Assiah by assuming the form of Rin’s father, Shirou Fujimoto, the possession kills him, leaving Rin and his twin brother Yukio alone in the world.
Enraged by Satan’s activities and desperate to avenge their father’s murder, Rin and Yukio vow to become exorcists in the hope of killing Satan one day. They enroll at the True Cross Academy to pursue becoming exorcists and joining the Knights of the Holy Cross.

However, this quest proves to be everything but simple. Not only does Rin have to contend with the academic pressures of Actual Cross Academy and his bothersome friends, but he also needs to conceal his true identity and demonic abilities.
The situation worsens further by several evildoers who want to use Rin’s abilities for their gain.
Students at the Actual Cross Academy gradually learn about Rin’s true origins as the play develops, and the news sends shockwaves of dread throughout the academy.
This discovery, however, is overshadowed when the Impure King’s left eye is kidnapped from the school, forcing Rin and his fellow exorcists to race against time to prevent the right eye from being snatched in Kyoto. However, when Rin’s right eye is similarly kidnapped, doubts about her real loyalties surface.
