Last week, not more than 10 days ago, Hope Hicks, tested positive for coronavirus. And not much later then that, Donald Trump and first lady and his wife Melania Trump was tested positive for COVID-19. Now, instead of taking care of his health, Trump started defending him being unwell. He said that it was not because he did not wear a mask or didn’t obey social distancing. Defending himself, he said it was the military and law enforcement and also said that it’s hard being with soldiers. Ever tried being a soldier?
Trump Defends Himself Again!
Anyways, “When you’re with airmen, when you’re with Marines, and I’m with—and the police officers. I’m with them so much. And when they come over here, it’s very hard to say, stay back, stay back. It’s a tough kind of a situation. It’s very, very hard when you are with people from the military or from law enforcement, and they come over to you, and they want to hug you, and they want to kiss you, because we really have done a good job for them. And you get close, and things happen.” stating in the Fox News. And now when he has done enough of thinking with his thoughts. Blaming them he says that it’s not the military that should be blamed but the Gold Star Family. I mean, seriously president?

On Thursday the president was in a talk with Maria Bartiromo on the off topic segments. Where he suggested that it was the families of the soldiers who died in the combat were the ones who got him sick. Gold star families met him and he said he didn’t wanted to cancel them out. Families all hustled in and started to talk about their family members with him. Then the Crowd started to tell him stories about their brother, father, daughter and he had to listen.
Gold Star Families To Be Blamed!
Donald Trump has been reported of cussing the fallen soldiers as “losers” and “suckers” before too. Confessing further he said that people told him that their father was in Iraq or their brother was in Afghanistan. Now he said that he couldn’t tell them to back off ten feets and maintain the guidelines right? He just can’t do it. I still don’t understand how can a president of such a huge nation can be so insensitive. Just how unreasonable can he really be? Well, once in an event he also stated that he had to listen to more than 35 people about their journey and their stories. Reportedly, he said that he can’t ask for more room or cant ask them to back 12 feet away.
Gold star families come to him to be very close, says the president. They hug him and then they want to kiss him and he simply cannot ask them to back away. For whatever reason Trump thinks his these words are correct, people say he needs to think again.
However, Thursday was not the first time when he has targeted the gold star families. Last month the Washington Post reported that he didn’t understand why the U.S. government would bother looking for soldiers missing in action, as they had performed poorly and gotten what they deserved. We hope his mind soon comes to it’s right place.
