Plot and Gameplay
Stranded Deep takes place in the Pacific Ocean. A plane crash survivor finds themselves facing some of the most life-threatening scenarios in a procedure-generated world. Moreover, players are going to explore the Pacific Islands, reefs, and bottomless ocean trenches filled with detailed biomes. Along with the need to search for and develop the means to survive.
The game features dynamic weather and a day-night cycle. Also features a building system, where players can settle on an island. They can construct a shelter or a raft to explore the ocean, and a crafting system, where resources can harvest and combine in order to create equipment. Resources are limited, and therefore need to be managed. As supplies, the players can carry a limited no. of items. Moreover, they need to be prioritized for the task at hand. Also, players need to manage their vitals of health, hunger, thirst, and sleep, against the elements they face. They should be able to search for sunken shipwrecks and islands for interesting and rare equipment.
