Kim Zolciak has decided to end her marriage to Kroy Biermann and has filed for divorce due to financial difficulties.
TMZ has received legal documents showing that the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star and the former NFL player have officially called it quits after 11 years of marriage and four children.

Kim claims in her divorce petition that the marriage is “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.” She is requesting joint legal and primary physical custody of the children. Kim is also seeking alimony and the return of her maiden name.
Kim and Kroy owe the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) $1.1 million in back taxes, interest, and penalties from 2013, 2017, and 2018; they also owe the state of Georgia $15,000.

Kim and Kroy met at a charity event in May 2010 when he was still a member of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons. Their romance was documented on “RHOA,” and on November 11, 2011, they wedded the marriage in a ceremony held at their previous estate in Roswell, Georgia.
