Shooting for Pushpa 2 by Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna will begin sooner than you would expect. In December, the film is scheduled for release.
Pushpa The Rule, the much-awaited follow-up to the hit Pushpa The Rise starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandana, is about to be released. Filming for the movie will start on Monday. Before beginning the film shoot, the team will conduct a puja ritual. “PushpaRaj is back! This time to Rule #PushpaTheRulePooja Ceremony tomorrow.” In addition, the description dubbed it “India’s most awaited sequel.” The post also included tags for Allu Arjun and Rashmika.
As soon as the news broke, followers flocked to the comments to express their enthusiasm for the film. A supporter said, “We are making history.” “Pushpa is coming to set fire again,” said another. Allu Arjun had already teased his new rough appearance from the upcoming film Pushpa 2.
In the film Pushpa The Rise, directed by Sukumar, Allu Arjun played a truck driver who illegally transported red sandalwood. The film, which came out about a year ago, was a huge hit with audiences in the years after the outbreak. Over $300 million (over 300 crore) was made from it in revenue throughout the world.
In addition to its original Telugu release, Pushpa The Rise has also been made available in the languages of Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. Allu Arjun’s film broke new ground by opening in theaters across India. The soundtrack for Pushpa The Rise was composed by Devi Sri Prasad, while the film was produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
The film’s sequel, titled Pushpa The Rule, is scheduled to hit theaters in December 2022. The forthcoming sequel will focus on the showdown between protagonist Allu Arjun and antagonist Fahadh Faasil, who debuted during the film’s climax. It also features Rashmika Mandanna, who will reprise her role as Srivall, Allu Arjun’s love interest.
Fahadh Faasil says the audience will see a new side of his character in Allu Arjun’s Pushpa The Rule: ‘He is prepared now’
After only one year in the business, Fahadh Faasil has shown to be a highly marketable actor. His films Pushpa: The Rise and Vikram have done exceptionally well at the box office, while his other recent feature, Malayankunju, has been praised by critics. Pushpa 2 is scheduled for release before the end of the year, and Fahadh will reprise his role as the protagonist from the original film. In an interview with HT, Fahadh discussed the development of his characters Amar and Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat in the films Vikram 2 and Pushpa: The Rule.
The character of Fahadh wasn’t planned to appear in the film at all. Sukumar, the film’s director, originally intended him to be the antagonist of the sequel, but at the last minute chose to include him in the first Part. “My character was supposed to come in the second part. One morning Sukumar sir (the director) called me and said, ‘I want to give a teaser’. I was initially to do one scene which eventually became two and a half scenes. I have not done a character like that, a whacky character,” says Fahadh.
