GTA 6 Trailer Release Date
The release date of the GTA 6 trailer is still unknown. However, it could arrive in the next couple of years, meaning we should see more soon indeed. The GTA 6 trailer release is likely to take place in late 2025.

GTA 6 Release Date
The release date for GTA 6 might be in 2024, but it hasn’t been confirmed officially yet. Even the Rockstar employees interviewed by Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier couldn’t provide any information about it.
Microsoft also mentioned that GTA 6 is expected to come out around that time. They responded to an investigation by the UK Competition and Markets Authority into their acquisition of Activision Blizzard, saying that the highly-awaited Grand Theft Auto VI should be released in 2024
Since polishing a big game like GTA 6 can take a year or more, these rumours support the idea of a 2024 release, which matches Microsoft’s statement.
More release date rumours keep appearing, all indicating a launch in 2024. Insider Gaming and Take-Two’s recent earnings call with CEO Strauss Zelnick mentioned that the next year will bring new record levels of performance, likely connected to something like GTA 6. Hopefully, we’ll get an official announcement confirming all of this by the end of the year. But remember, until the developer officially says something, it’s best to take rumours with caution.
What Platforms Will GTA 6 Be on?
We’re pretty confident that you’ll be able to play GTA 6 on the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. However, we’re not sure if it will also be available on the older PS4 and Xbox One. Those consoles might be too old by the time GTA 6 comes out.
We also expect GTA 6 to be released for PC, but we don’t know for sure if it will come to the Nintendo Switch. GTA 5 hasn’t been released on the Switch yet, even though the Definitive Edition trilogy bundle has been, so it’s not guaranteed. We’ll keep you updated as we find out more information.
