The forthcoming 14th season of “Archer” on FXX will be it’s last. Though series star Chris Parnell had previously stated that production on the new season had begun in January, FX never officially announced a renewal for Season 14 of the series until today. Season 13 ran from August to October 2022.

The show has been a staple of FX’s comedic programming for years. It first aired on the network in 2009, and in 2017, it was moved to FXX. Over the course of its career, it has gotten ten Emmy nominations and won four times, including the award for best-animated series in 2016. The Agency teams up with Slater to take down Fabian. They pose as pastry chefs at Slater’s Patisserie in Manatina. Slater reveals that Fabian will be in public and explains the mission to assassinate him and Ray. The group is reluctant but realizes it’s their only option. They go ahead with the mission, but Fabian and Ray escape. Ray reveals he was the CIA’s mole and had planned to arrest Fabian.
Back at the patisserie, Slater berates the Agency and hires a CIA kill squad. Lana organizes a new plan to use Fabian to clear their names. They infiltrate the Presidential house, confront guards, and take Fabian away. They get stuck in traffic but manage to escape on a motorcycle and a banana boat. Archer and The Agency will be attempting to strike off on their own under Lana’s leadership in Season 14. According to FX’s official synopsis, “her goal is to make money while also making the world a better place, but she quickly finds out that running a spy agency isn’t so cut and dry.”
