Altered Carbon Season 3 Release Date
Netflix has not yet announced Altered Carbon season 3; a release date is likewise unknown. However, a few bits of knowledge exist to construct a rudimentary puzzle.
Altered Carbon’s first season debuted on Netflix on February 2, 2018. The second season premiered on February 27, 2020. Altered Carbon: Resleeved, an anime spin-off, was published on March 19, 2020.
It’s tough to speculate on Netflix’s cost-benefit analysis of any of its assets. The streamer is famously secretive about its audience figures, so the only data points available to influence speculations about a release date pertain to the series’ hefty production costs.

Altered Carbon Season 3 Plot
After unwillingly murdering his sister Reileen Kawahara in season 1, Takeshi Kovacs adopts a new sleeve and quest to locate his long-lost love, Quellcrist Falconer, in season 2.
Quell attempts to reason with The Elder throughout the season to convince him to spare human lives. In the season 2 conclusion, Takeshi Kovacs and Old Kovacs carry out Quell’s suicide mission, with the former making the ultimate sacrifice to rescue the world and, of course, Quell.

Following the events of season 2, the third season may focus on Quellcrist Falconer, who is assumed dead but has fled Harlan’s World due to Takeshi’s sacrifice. Quell’s rebellious attitude and kind disposition will likely be used to release Old-Kovacs from the Protectorate’s grip.
