Still, the revelation of Yuji’s family history in Chapter 143 of the manga has the potential to alter his personality profoundly. Since his grandfather attempted to broach the matter in the first chapter/episode of Jujutsu Kaisen, readers have wondered who Yuji’s potential parents could be.

Who is Sukuna Brother?
After an intense struggle with the protagonist of Jujutsu Kaisen 0, Yuta, Yuji reveals some information about his family. After making Yuta an ally, Yuji finds some quiet time in the middle of Shibuya to think about his history.

Yuji’s grandfather and father are seen arguing in a flashback about Jin’s decision to have a kid with his second wife after the death of Jin’s first. The conversation is interrupted by Yuji’s mother, who has a noticeable scar on her forehead.
Like Geto Suguru and Noritoshi Kamo, these stitches hinted that Brain had possessed Yuji’s biological mother. In order to create human-curse hybrids, it is speculated that Brain once again took possession of a woman’s body to give birth to Yuji.
If this is the case, it would explain why Yuji is able to function as Sukuna’s vessel. He is one of only a handful of people ever to possess the King of Curses, and even fewer have ever mastered cursed energy to such a degree while also managing to keep Sukuna under control.

Yuji Potentially Has Several Siblings
Also, if Brain locked up Yuji’s mom, he’d have a bunch of half-siblings, the most notable of whom being Choso. The “Death Painting” arc of Jujutsu Kaisen confirmed that Brain had ensnared a pregnant woman in an attempt to have numerous hybrid children.

Therefore, not only does Choso come from this line, but so do the brothers Kechizu and Eso, whom Yuji murdered along with their classmate Nobara Kugisaki.
Yuji’s psyche could take a severe hit if he found out about this; he’d probably feel guilty and confused about his heritage after learning he killed his two half-siblings.
Both Geto and Choso are well-known foes in Jujutsu Kaisen. Yuji’s energy will be depleted as he continues to piece together clues and uncover secrets.
