The most potent sports couple in Las Vegas has tied the knot.
Guard Kelsey Plum of the Las Vegas Aces and tight end Plum told the world in an Instagram post that Darren Waller said, “I do” on Saturday.
She posted photos of herself and Waller, 30, kissing for the first time as husband and wife in front of their guests.
Plum, who is 28 years old, wrote “Him 3.4.23” in the caption for the five photos. One of the photos was a solo shot of her smiling big at her future husband as they said their vows, and another showed her engagement ring peeking out from between their hands.
Candace Parker and Odell Beckham Jr. were two of the athletes who congratulated the couple on their marriage. The former Rams wide receiver wrote, “Congrats to Yallll!!” and Plum’s teammate, Parker, wrote, “Congrats, man, you look beautiful.”
The Las Vegas Review-Journal says that on January 22, Plum and Waller, both 30, applied for a marriage license for their wedding on March 4. They are told to have been seeing each other since last year.
Plum, the reigning NBA All-Star MVP and the first pick in the 2017 Draft, and Waller, a tight end named to the 2021 Pro Bowl, make quite the power couple.
Plum had a big year in 2022. She won the NBA championship with the Aces, was named Most Valuable Player of the All-Star Game, and won a gold medal with the U.S. 5-on-5 team at the FIFA Basketball World Cup.

Plum told people in December that their big championship win still hadn’t sunk in.
“Sometimes I forget we won.” She said I’m not sure if it’s all set in yet. “Sometimes that’s kind of how I feel.”
Even though Waller only played in nine games for the Raiders in 2022, he had 388 yards and three touchdowns. The star from Georgia Tech has had many ups and downs. He almost died in 2017 when he overdosed on drugs with fentanyl in them. Since then, he has been fighting to get clean and rebuild his football career.
He told people in November, “From getting sober to getting back into the league to where I am now in my career, there have always been challenges; there has always been trouble, and you had to rise above it.”
Fans love the couple, who are now married. Plum has talked to people about how much she and the Aces love Vegas.
Plum says, “The vibe in Vegas has been crazy.” “I didn’t know how much of an effect we would have on this town. They only care about winning. We’re the first professional team to bring a championship to Las Vegas, and people are excited and happy about it.”
