After breaking up with the Californian, Ricci started dating Hampton and announced she was pregnant in August 2021. “Life continues getting better,” the Sleepy Hollow actress posted on Instagram with a photo of her latest ultrasound.
Hampton posted the same photo with the message, “Life Keeps getting better!!!!” Two months later, they married in a short ceremony and had their first child, Cleopatra Ricci Hampton, in December 2021. Ricci told presenter Anna Faris on the August 2022 “Unqualified” podcast that she didn’t know what a trusting relationship was before meeting the A-list coiffeur.
The Emmy winner says she first fell in love in a healthy way with Hampton. “I think a lot of my former relationships were about unhealthy things I was looking for.” After finding the entrepreneur, Ricci said it’s hard to look back on her former relationships with fondness. “I don’t know if you can call [it] love,” she told Faris.
