King Von Death
King Von, an emerging Chicago rapper, was among three people killed in a shooting in Atlanta early Friday, authorities said. Three other people were injured in the incident and were taken to the hospital.
The rapper, whose real name was Dayvon Bennett, 26, was in Atlanta’s Monaco Hookah Lounge on Friday at four in the morning when two males approached his group. According to a report from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, which is looking into the incident, what started as an argument turned into a gunfight.
The Atlanta Police Department sent officers to the location. At two sites, two police started shooting, according to the bureau. In the encounter, no cops suffered any injuries.
