SIU’s ‘Tower of God,’ also known as ‘Kami no Tou,’ is a dark fantasy adventure anime. It is based on an online South Korean manhwa series.
Takashi Sano directed the series, which was produced by Joseph Chou and written by Erika Yoshida. The anime began in April 2020 and concluded in June 2020. The first season has 13 episodes, and we anticipate that the second season will also have 13 episodes.
Since its initial release, the anime’s action scenes and characters have received a 7.7 out of 10 rating on IMDb. That is why ‘Tower Of God’ is currently one of the most anticipated sequels. It’s been over a year since fans heard anything about the anime’s continuation, and they’re still hoping for more.
Kami No Tou Season 2 Release Date?
The first season of ‘Tower of God’ ended in August 2020. Crunchyroll has yet to announce a season 2 release date or even confirm whether the show will return for a second season.
The show, on the other hand, has not been canceled by Crunchyroll. Season 2 could happen in the future. If Crunchyroll is working on the second season of ‘Tower of God,’ it will be released on August 22, 2022. For the time being, however, this is only speculation.

Kami No Tou Season 2 Plot?
Twenty-Fifth Bam, the Tower of God’s protagonist, is a small child. Yes, there is a boy with an unusual name. In Korean, Bam means ‘Night,’ but the name has a spiritual connotation for a Messiah. The plot revolves around this Bam guy and his life revolves around a Tower he lives behind and his best friend, Rachael.
When Rachael entered the Tower, she decimated Bam. Bam is now willing to go to any length to see Rachael again, even if it means dying. The rest of the story revolves around his journey within the tower, during which he meets a number of friends who help him achieve his goal.
The new season will feature the introduction of two new main characters, Jue Viole Grace and Ja Wangnan, as well as the revelation of what happened to Bam, Khun, Rak Wraithraiser, and everyone’s favorite bad girl, Rachael.
Season 2 will have how many episodes?
Another major concern about the Tower of God anime is the number of episodes. The first season of the anime consisted of 13 episodes that aired from April 1, 2020 to June 24, 2020.
There isn’t even enough source material to make another six seasons of Tower of God. According to our estimates, the second season will consist of 12 to 15 episodes, and if the first season was a success, the studio will order additional seasons.
Could Season 3 of Tower of God be next?
There were enough chapters for six anime seasons when the Tower Of God anime first debuted (which meant that the long Tower of God Webtoon hiatus would not impact the production of Tower of God Season 2 at all). As a result, this Crunchyroll Original has the potential to rival the Shonen Jump series in terms of regular renewals.
With Netflix starting to stream big names like One Piece and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, having regularly renewed big-name exclusive anime will likely become important to Crunchyroll’s business plan. It also doesn’t help that Hulu frequently streams many of the anime that was previously available on Crunchyroll only a few years ago.
The Tower Of God anime is essentially a test case for the first wave of 2020 Crunchyroll Originals, which includes anime like In/Spectre Season 2 (which has already been confirmed) and a few others. Will the Crunchyroll exclusive anime follow in the footsteps of Netflix, which has traditionally renewed many of its anime for multiple seasons?
