Nine weeks after the meeting, Foster wed Ratchadaporn Thongaram, as stated on the marriage license. Foster got divorce papers at Thongaram’s house in February, the same house where the pair resided.
Thongaram was charged in 2009 with operating a massage parlour without a license, according to Harris County court records, but the charge was later withdrawn. Foster’s father, W. Mark Foster, oversaw the newlyweds’ ceremony, according to the marriage license.

Bishop Mark Foster is the leader of the Pentecostals of the Twin Cities (POTC), a United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) congregation in Louisiana.
Mark Foster did not respond to TRR’s attempts to reach him for comment. According to his church page, he served as POTC’s lead pastor from 1998 until 2017. For more than 28 years, his father, Fred Foster, served as the church’s pastor before him. Even though the UPCI does not officially recognize retiring pastors as bishops, a few of its member churches do.
