The assistant of famous YouTuber David Dobrik went online and posted a collage of pictures that show how much her body has changed in the last six months. Mariduena put the photos on Instagram, where she is known as both Mariduena and Natalie Noel.
How Natalie Mariduena Weight Her Loss?
She did cardio exercises like running and boxing, but she also lifted weights “so that everything looks nice and toned,” she said. Mariduena has been a positive body image role model for a long time. When she was in SI Swim, people liked her body because it was real and attainable.

She also looked more like an hourglass.

“It is absolutely crazy to look at these photos and to know and think that this is the same woman,” Mariduena said.
“I have spent the past six months dedicated to my health, fitness and overall well-being,” she continued, while also revealing that she “lost 12% body fat, 30lbs and can run a mile faster than I ever could have dreamed.”

Putting Health And Fitness First
People say that after being in a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit in 2020 and 2021, Mariduena decided to put her health first in July 2022.
The person who made the content told the outlet, “I wasn’t taking care of my body.” “I would work out every now and then, but it wasn’t important to me.”
Mariduena used to be an athlete. From the time she was four years old until she went to college, she played soccer, but she had lost much of her cardiovascular fitness.
She said, “I could barely run, and my health, in general, wasn’t great.” “I wanted to see how far my body could go and what I could do if my health and fitness were my top priority.”
How She Gets In “Best Shape”?
Ilya Fedorovich, a childhood friend and trainer who owns the fitness and supplement company Xeela, helped Mariduena lose 30 pounds in six months.
“He was doing a lot of really inspiring and motivational transformations with other friends of ours, and he came up to me and said, ‘If you want to get into the best shape you’ve ever been in, let me know!'” she said.
Mariduena said that her travel show for the Discovery Channel had a lot of good foods and treats, which made her feel ready to take on the challenge. “I finally felt married. I did it because I wanted to.”
So, she went to the gym at least five days a week.
