Ruth Bader Ginsburg, associate justice of Supreme Court of the United Staes Of America passed away on Friday. Her position now remains vacant, and President Donald Trump will put both the nominee soon who is most likely to be a woman.
“I Like Women More Than Men”
Trump on Saturday during a campaign in Fayetteville, North Carolina said; he will put both a nominee next week, and it will be a woman. He then added;
“I think it should be a woman because I actually like women more than men.”
Late Ginsburg’s Last Wish: To Wait For The New President

However, not everyone is standing in support of the decision of having the nominations this soon. Ginsburg had said that she “not be replaced until the new president is installed.” There are various ongoing debates over this statement. A lot of people wish that this wish shall be conducted and hence the nominations shall be postponed.
However, apart from all this, the president regarded the late associate judge of the US supreme as a “legal giant.” Her landmark rulings, fierce devotion to justice and courageous battle against cancer inspire all the Americans, he added.
The presidential elections are nearing by, and hence this situation has allowed Trump to expand the conservative majority to 6-3.
Any nominee chosen would require the approval of a simple majority in the senate. Here, Trump’s republican hold a 53-47 majority.
