Decim

The central cast in the series, Decim, is one of the seven experts of people who control the aforementioned secret courts. The bartender of the Quindecim, Decim, seems like a soft, emotionless guy but is constantly warm to those he is regarding the expert. 

Chiyuki

A lady with no thought of her history, Chiyuki, is the “black-haired lady” during most of the series.

Death Parade Season 2 Plot

Death Parade has a different basis wherein those who fall are transferred to secret sessions driven by bartenders who assist as judges. 

In these sessions, the dead have to join in Death Games with the professional, and a lifeless person’s performance determines whether they will be given in the void or reincarnated.

Upon this backdrop, the series concentrates on one such session named the Quindecim and its bartender, Decim, whose purpose is to find the people assigned to his bar. 

Every episode has several characters transferred to Decim’s counter, and Decim then joins in Death Games with the cast before trying their life.

Whenever someone comes to the Quindecim, Decim recognizes the person emotionally and encourages them to perform a game with him. 

Although everyone looks shocked at first, they finally admit to playing, as their minds are sealed off, and they have no additional choice.

 Nevertheless, there are particular rules which have to be adhered to while performing these games. Firstly, Decim cannot show them where they are.
