As a young quarterback to develop behind starting quarterback Tony Romo, the Dallas Cowboys selected Dak Prescott with the 135th overall pick in the fourth round of the NFL Draft. However, injuries forced Dak Prescott to move up the depth chart, and in the third week of the 2016 preseason, he assumed the starting position.
