Andrew Wiggins is a Canadian professional basketball player who plays for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Andrew Wiggins NBA Career
The Cleveland Cavaliers chose Andrew Wiggins with the first overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, making him just the second Canadian to be taken first overall. Cleveland had also drafted Anthony Bennett, a Canadian, first overall the year before. However, a three-team trade that sent Wiggins to the Minnesota Timberwolves in exchange for Kevin Love landing with Cleveland meant that he would never play for the Cavaliers.
