Justin Mark Mille was an American professional baseball pitcher. He was a player with the Toronto Blue Jays, Florida Marlins, Los Angeles Dodgers, and San Francisco Giants in Major League Baseball (MLB).
He was a player for the Chiba Lotte Marines in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB). Miller served as the model for the “Justin Miller rule,” which mandates that pitchers who have tattoos on their arms wear long-sleeved shirts.
Miller earned a first-team All-State and Conference Player of the Year as a senior at Torrance High School, where he also participated in the 1992 Little League World Series with Torrance. In 1997, he was named a Junior College All-American while attending Los Angeles Harbor College.

On July 1, 2013, at Trinity, Florida’s Generations Christian Church, his family and friends threw a memorial ceremony in his honor. His final resting place was Palm Harbor, Florida’s Curlew Hills Memory Gardens.
