Stormi Steele Professional Life

Stormi Steele only had $800 in her pocket at first, and she had no idea. She eventually began working as an apprentice at a nearby salon. There, she worked with a master stylist who granted her licensing credit hours.

Stormi’s time in Huntsville exposed her to entrepreneurship. Being an entrepreneur was not something that she had learned as a child. The fact that there were so many women in business at the time inspired her. In 2012, she began creating her hair products in her kitchen. Typically, she would spend her entire workday creating hair products. After seven months, she finally found success and spent $300.

Stormi opened her bar in 2013. Within two years, she began using her hair growth serum on clients. Positive feedback led her to start selling hair growth serum online.

Stormi officially launched Canvas Beauty Brand after leaving hair styling full-time in 2018. Every month, she also launches a new line of products that range in price from $11.99 to $50, including shampoos and deep conditioners.

She began making investments in sponsored social media advertising in 2019. Her first targeted ad cost her $100, which she shared on Facebook and Instagram. Within a few days, the advertisement generated sales of almost $15,000.

She appeared in the reality series Love and Marriage: Huntsville in addition to running her business. She made an appearance in Season 4 of the reality series as Melody’s buddy. In Episode 8, You Reap What You (Mar) Sau, she and Destiny Payton got into a heated dispute.
