Bill Burr is a comedian, actor, and writer from the United States. He’s been doing comedy since 1992 and is best known for his roles in popular TV shows like Breaking Bad and The Mandalorian.
Bill Burr was born on June 10th, 1968, in Canton, Massachusetts. His parents were a dentist and a nurse. He always had a passion for show business and even earned a degree in radio from Emerson College in Boston in 1993. Before he started his comedy career, he worked in warehouses. He once joked that working in warehouses gave him the freedom to escape from a tough boss by driving a forklift.
Who is Bill Burr Wife?
Much of Bill Burr’s humor comes from his experiences with his wife, Nia Renée Hill. They’ve been married since 2013, and the comedian and actress now have two kids together. Burr has spoken highly of Hill in numerous interviews and included jokes about his marriage to Hill in his stand-up routines throughout the years.
Hill has also been a guest on Burr’s Monday Morning Podcast on occasion. The couple marked ten years of marriage in October 2023.
“20 years together, 10 years married, 2 children, 1 beautiful life. Happy Anniversary @wilfredburr,” Hill wrote on Instagram alongside a video montage of the couple.

Who is Nia Renée Hill?
Nia is following in her renowned husband’s footsteps by working in show business. She has starred in several films and television shows, including the Netflix original series Santa Clarita Diet and the HBO drama Crashing. Bill produced, co-wrote, and starred in the animated series F Is for Family, in which Nia voiced both Georgia and Nia Roosevelt.
Nia’s other talents include writing and producing; she launched her own production business, Tenderheaded Films, in 2012.
During the first season of Chappelle’s Show in 2003, Nia served as the show’s talent coordinator. Bill began making appearances on the show in 2004, but Nia disclosed via X (previously known as Twitter) that the two didn’t actually meet until 2005 when Bill made a special appearance on Tough Crowd With Colin Quin, another show on which Nia worked.
A classic! Fun fact: I worked on the first season of Chappelle Show in the talent dept and remember Dave asking for Bill to be in this sketch! We wouldn’t start dating until a year or so later when he was a guest on another show I worked on, Tough Crowd w/ @iamcolinquinn ❤️ https://t.co/O6jYT9S2aY

They went on a nearly decade-long date before getting married in September 2013.
Bill Burr and Nia Renée Hill Kids
In January of 2017, Hill and Burr became the proud parents of a daughter named Lola. They welcomed a baby in June of 2020, but have yet to share his name with the world.
Hill discussed her daughter’s personality in an episode of The Scroll Down from March 2022, saying,
“She reminds me a lot of myself at her age. She’s a little bit more combative … I was a little more low-key — she is half her father.”
Bill told our daughter that he was going out to tell jokes. She asked me what that meant. I told her it means Daddy makes people laugh. She said, “I wanna tell jokes too!” Pray for me, y’all 😂

That half seemingly extends to comedy as well. Hill tweeted in September 2020, saying, “Bill told our daughter that he was going out to tell jokes. She asked me what that meant. I told her it means Daddy makes people laugh. She said, ‘I wanna tell jokes too!’ Pray for me, y’all.”

Bill Burr Mocks Trump Critics Saying His Wife Flipped Off
Bill Burr is making fun of the MAGA supporters who are upset that his wife middle-fingered Donald Trump at a recent UFC bout.
The former president came to Madison Square Garden on November 11 and sat down next to Burr and his wife, the actress, and producer Nia Renée Hill.
Hill is seen on camera and in photographs flipping off Trump with two birds.

Trump didn’t appear to catch Hill’s two-fingered salute, but many MAGA members did, and got into a tizzy on social media, according to the New York Post. When asked about the event on “The Rich Eisen Show” late last week, Burr gave the impression that he was unconcerned by the public’s reaction.
In reality, he made fun of the faux outrage voiced by Trump backers.
“Those Trump guys — they’re always going, ‘Ah, you’re snowflakes, eff your feelings,’ and all of that,” Burr said. “And then you make fun of Trump, and they’re like, ‘Oh my God, it’s so disrespectful!’ You’re saying ’Eff Joe Biden!’ It’s like, you can’t have it both ways!”
Burr then went on to detail what had transpired. “The guy walked in the arena,” he said. “Everybody cheered. She gave him the finger. Nobody got arrested. That’s why this country’s great. Everybody expressed themselves. Can we all be adults?”
He added: “I mean, I don’t know about you, but I came here to go to the fights. I didn’t know I was going to the Republican National Convention.”
