Sophia hasn’t been shy about the fact that she is a trans woman. She was the CEO of the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation, whose main goal was to “promote equality and fight discrimination by giving grants to groups that help transgender people gain power and improve their lives.”
It’s a cause that she cares a lot about. ELLE UK says that Sophia used to call herself “Scott,” which is the name of a gay man. In 2016, she told her school newspaper that Caitlyn’s transition inspired her own.
Sophia told me, “I’ve always wondered, “Do I want to go from being a man to a woman?” I didn’t think much about it until I went to college and could get away from my family and start to form my own identity. College gave me time to deal with a lot of problems that had been there for a long time.”
The Daily Feed says that Sophia’s gender dysphoria began when she was five years old. At that age, she felt like she was stuck in the wrong body, and by the time she was in the third grade, she had started looking into what it would take to change from a male to a female body. She moved forward with the change while she was at Pepperdine University.

After many years of rumors that she is dating Caitlyn Jenner, Sophia Hitchins has said that they are not together. Sophia, on the other hand, said that she and Caitlyn are like parents or family. Sophia said, “There’s no hanky panky. I feel like I’ve been saying that for the last five years.” She has said that Caitlyn is like a parent to her and that she is “blessed and humbled” to be a part of such a great family and that Jenner treats her like a daughter. I think it’s a blessing that we can work together.”
