It all started with Charlie Parsons’ Swedish TV show Expedition Robinson, which aired in 1997 and was based on the international reality show Survivor. On May 31, 2000, CBS showed the first episode of the show. Jeff Probst is an executive producer, along with Mark Burnett and Jim Parsons, who made the show in the first place. Probst is in charge of the show.
In this reality TV show, a group of strangers are stuck in a remote area where they don’t have access to food, water, or shelter. The players do things like running and swimming that test their physical and mental skills in order to win prizes and keep them from being eliminated.
Votes from the other players slowly take out one player at a time until only one player is left. That player wins the grand prize of $1,000,000 (or $2,000,000 in Winners at War).

Applying for Season 43 of Survivor?
If you want to be considered for Survivor 43 and 44, it is Ricard Foyé’s wish that you apply for those seasons. Ricard believes that you should try even if you don’t think you’ll succeed. He also gives guidance on how to apply to be a Survivor competitor.
“Good day, everyone. This is Ricard Foyé from “Survivor” season 41. CBSsurvivorcasting.com is now accepting applications for seasons 43 and 44. If you’ve ever been curious, afraid, or had a reason why you shouldn’t send in your recording but wanted to, go ahead and do it!
”pay attention to what is said. Don’t worry about anything else; do what they tell you to do. The only thing they want to know is who you are. “There are no more reasons not to apply; do it right away.”
Application Rules
To compete on Survivor, you must be at least 16 years old and have a valid passport from either the United States or Canada. CBS will only contact applicants who have completed the application completely and have been selected for the next step of casting.
Because of the volume, casting directors will be unable to contact everyone who applies. Those who have previously tried out for Survivor are instructed by the casting crew to submit a new video in order to be considered for a future season of the show.
The casting website states that applicants must reapply for each new season and submit their most recent audition videos. There are few exceptions to this regulation for persons who have applied for a job within the last year.
All of those responses have been saved for you to peruse at a later time. Even if you’ve previously applied, you can do so again when the site is updated in the fall.
