Walter Pearl Davis (September 9, 1954 – November 2, 2023) was an American professional basketball player. He played 15 seasons as a forward/guard in the NBA, with the majority of those coming with the Phoenix Suns. Davis won the NBA Rookie of the Year award in 1978 and was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team twice. The Suns retired his No. 6 jersey in 1994 and inducted him into the Ring of Honor in 2004.
