When their daughter Nicky Hilton, who is wed to banker James Rothschild, gave birth to Lily-Grace Victoria on July 8, 2016, the couple welcomed their first granddaughter. After that, on December 20, 2017, her daughter Theodora (Teddy) Marilyn was born.

Milou Alizée Hilton was born on March 11, 2020, to Barron Hilton II, their son, and his wife Tessa. In 2022, Tessa and Nicky both gave birth to two boys.
