Adam DiVello created the American reality television series Selling Sunset for Netflix. Since its debut in 2019, it has become a must-see for reality TV fans. In 2021, the show has been nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program. Selling Sunset Season 5 officially launched on April 22, 2022.
Furthermore, the show consistently debuts on Netflix’s top 10 list on the same day, leading fans to believe that the series will return for another season as a result of its success and increased viewership over the years. Fans can expect a special reunion and the debut of a spinoff series, Selling the OC, in addition to an additional episode to address all of the unanswered questions from the Season 5 finale to come.
Is Selling Sunset renewed for Season 6?
Before season 5 even had a premiere date, Netflix announced that the show had been renewed for seasons 6 and 7! Talk about high demand. It’s no surprise given the series’s status as a pop culture phenomenon.
However, no official date has been announced by the company.

Selling Sunset Season 6 Storyline
Selling Sunset Season 6 will undoubtedly cover a lot of ground because the previous season left a lot to be discussed and resolved. The next season may focus on the fallout from Chrishell Stause’s divorce from CEO Jason Oppenheim. Jason and Chrishell have been attempting to take their relationship seriously. They hit a snag when Jason decided he wasn’t ready for children.
Chrishell may use one of her frozen eggs to have a child without a partner in Season 6. “I feel like I can do it on my own,” she told People. “It’s frightening, but it’s also liberating to know that I’m not bound by the notion that I only have a limited amount of time to figure it out.”
Selling Sunset Season 6 Cast
Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Heather Rae El Moussa, Amanza Smith, Davina Potratz, Emma Hernan, and Vanessa Villela will almost certainly return in season six to sell more high-end homes in the hills. Then there are those who have big questions in their heads.
However, after selling one final multimillion-dollar listing, Maya Vander announced her intention to spend more time with her family in Miami, Florida, and has been quoted as saying she would “probably not” appear on the show full-time if a sixth season were to be aired.
Furthermore, we saw Chelsea Lazkani in Selling Sunset Season 5, but we’re not sure if she’ll be back for Season 6. She was previously described as a “huge addition” to the team and is most likely still employed by the organization.
Is there a Selling Sunset Season 6 Trailer?
There is no defined release date, but the cast did not begin filming right after finishing season 5. They took a well-deserved break from all the cameras and took a breather, which means that season 6 will most likely not be released until later in 2023.
It’s not yet known how many episodes there will be in the sixth season of Selling Sunset, but we can expect between 8 – 11.
