Samsung is one of the biggest Tech-giants, who manufacturers smartphones all over the world. Samsung is famous for its premium flagship devices and tech- accessories. The Company not only makes Premium Flagship devices but also make devices that are also mid-range and low-spec devices so that everyone can afford it. The company makes smartwatches that have received many positive reviews and ratings so far. We can see that Samsung has been concentrating on a lot on devices with mid-range specifications lately. It has released many devices under Galaxy “M” Series. Let us talk about the new device in the Galaxy “M” line up called Samsung Galaxy M31s which is unveiled today.

Specifications of Samsung Galaxy M31s
The device has an sAMOLED Display with FHD+ support. Unlike other devices under M-series, the new M31s has an Infinity-O display with a punch hole in the center and an AMOLED display. When it comes to the display size the device features a 6.5″ sAMOLED display with Gorilla Glass Protection. Coming to the memory variants the device features two variants, they are 6GB RAM / 128GB ROM and 8GB RAM/128 GB ROM.

Talking about performance, the device is powered with a decent chipset featuring Exynos 9611 SoC and a Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. From this, we can say that the device provides decent performance but not a flagship performance.

Coming to the camera segment, the device has a rectangular camera cut with Camera units placed in L-shape. The device has the 64MP camera unit as the main shooter which features IMX 682 sensor, so we can expect decent images from the device. In addition to the main camera, the device also has a 12MP Ultra-Wide Camera shooter which can shoot 123-degree FOV. Whereas the rest of the camera units are 5MP units with Macro and Depth sensors respectively.

The front-facing camera of the device is embedded in the display of the device featuring a 32MP camera unit. The front and main camera units are capable of recording 4K videos, which is a good option t0 have. Luckily Samsung didn’t ditch the Headphone Jack but ditched the In-Display fingerprint sensor with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. As usual, the device supports Face Unlock.
Coming to the battery segment, the device has a massive 6000mAh cell in it. The device is capable of reverse charging too, in addition to that the device supports 25W Fast charging. The device comes with One UI Core 2.X along with Android 10 out of the box.
Price Tag and Availability
Coming to the availability the device is available in two colors variants which focus on providing a gradient finish to the device, they are the Mirage Black and Mirage Blue. Talking about the price tag, the device is available with a price tag of 20,499 ($273) for the base variant. Whereas the device costs 22,499($300) for the higher variant.
