Robert Pattinson is playing the lead in Matt Reeves The Batman. And this role is quite opposite from the kind of role he plays in other movies.
Robert Pattinson Looks Promising In The Batman Trailer
The morning on August 23 was quite pleasant for DC fans. And that is because Matt Reeves released the teaser of Robert Pattinson starrer ‘The Batman.’ He took to Twitter to post the first logo and teaser of the upcoming movie.
So this is the first time we are seeing Pattinson in the DC series. Hence there were a lot of controversies when he was casted because many people disliked the idea of him playing Dark Knight. And maybe that is because of the kinds of role he played in the past. But after watching the trailer people’s perspective might have changed.
Because people are going gaga over the trailer and Robert Pattinson as well.
The Trailer
Well the trailer looks quite promising. And the best part is Pattinson is really doing justice to his role. We saw him marking his entry towards the end of the teaser. And is seen bashing up an evil. Thus we can expect a great action from him in the upcoming film.
The negative role in the movie will be played by Paul Dano as Riddler. And the other important cast members are Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, John Turturro as Gotham mob boss Carmine Falcone etc.
But Pattinson as The Dark Knight really stole the show. Thus making the fans more eager for the release of the film. As we know that the ongoing pandemic has affected many shootings. Reeves has said that on 25% of the shoot in done. Hence a large part of the filming of The Batman still remains.
And it might be resumed in September. But we are happy that Reeves shared the first look of the film which really confirmed that Robert Pattinson was the right choice to play the role of Dark Knight.
