President Trump Says Biden Will Make Minnesota ‘Refugee Camp’
On Friday, President Trump said that Biden would make Minnesota a “refugee camp” full of people like Rep. Ilhan Omar.
On Friday, in a massive rally in Bemidji, northern Minnesota Trump said: “Sleepy Joe will turn Minnesota into a refugee camp.”
In 2016, Trump lost in Minnesota. He also called the scandal-plagued Minneapolis Democrat and refugee from Somalia “a beauty.” Trump said, “Every family in Minnesota needs to know about sleepy Joe Biden’s extreme plan to flood your state with an influx of refugees from Somalia and other places all over the planet. That’s what’s happened, and you like Omar a lot, don’t you?”
The US president is also to put restrictions on the admission of refugees and deport criminals so they could “complain” in their own countries. “Today we deported, as you know very well, dozens of Somali nationals charged or convicted with very grave crimes including rape, assault, robbery, terrorism and murder … These hardened criminals are back in their country, where they can do all the complaining they want, and your children are much safer, as a result, thank you, President Trump,” he said.
Trump’s remarks on refugees also came after Biden’s proposal to raise Trump’s 18,000-person cap on refugee admissions to 125,000. Under former President Barack Obama, the limit was 130,000.
Then, Rep. Collin Peterson, a fellow Minnesota Democratic congressperson said Omar did not belong to the Democratic party.
At the rally, Trump also said that Biden can’t manage a McDonald’s. And “will overwhelm your children’s schools, overcrowd their classrooms and inundate your hospitals — it’ll happen.”
