A Look At Phil Mattingly’s Family
Mattingly was born in Ohio in December 1985. Due to the fact that Phil’s father, Rick Mattingly, was a member of the military, he spent his youth moving around. He relocated regularly, and by the time he was almost in the fifth grade, he and his parents had already done so eight or nine times.
After his father’s retirement from the military, they eventually made Toledo, Ohio, their home. Phil attended junior high and high school there. He has chosen to keep his mother’s details private because there hasn’t been any information about her made public.
