In 2016, there were rumors that Olivia Newton-John had plastic surgery to make her look younger. After the actress was photographed with a wrinkle-free and puffy face, rumors spread that she had Botox and fillers. Olivia Newton-John, on the other hand, has consistently denied having any cosmetic procedures.
Olivia Newton-John AC DBE, a British-Australian singer, songwriter, actress, and activist, rose to international prominence as Sandy in the 1978 musical film Grease. The soundtrack to the film went on to become one of the best-selling albums of all time. Summer Nights and You’re the One That I Want, both duets with co-star John Travolta, are featured in the musical film, and the latter is one of the best-selling singles of all time.
Aside from her film success, the Grease star had a highly successful musical career, with five number-one singles, ten additional top-ten singles, and two number-one albums on the Billboard Hot 100. She is one of the best-selling musicians of the postwar era and beyond, selling over 100 million records worldwide.
Olivia Newton-John died a few days ago after a long battle with breast cancer. That day, Hollywood lost a true legend and icon. On various social media platforms, many people expressed their condolences and support for her. The majority of the tributes centered on Olivia the actress, recalling her time in show business and her contributions to film and music, but the sweetest was most likely a photo tribute posted by her daughter Chloe Lattanzi, which depicted Olivia as a happy mother and person.
The actress has been in the industry for a long time and has most likely witnessed a lot during her time in the spotlight. During her time in Hollywood, she had to deal with the stigma of plastic surgery rumors swirling around her.

Chloe Lattanzi, Olivia Newton-john’s Daughter, Says Plastic Surgeries Left Her “Mutilated.”
Chloe Lattanzi, the daughter of Olivia Newton-John, has undergone numerous surgeries over the years, spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to alter her appearance. She now claims that the surgeries “mutilated” her. Speaking to Women’s Day, the model and former MTV reality star admitted to starting her career young. She now claims to have had numerous fillers removed from her lips and face.
According to reports, Chloe, 31, spent more than $400,000 on plastic surgery over the years, including getting Botox, filler, a nose job, and breast augmentations. She declared, “All of those things were a disaster. “My first boob operation, which I had in Australia when I was 18 years old, left me looking mutilated. Not only did the lip implants look ridiculous.”
She corrected her botched surgery in 2016. She said, “Now that I’m a 32DD, I love my body and enjoy flaunting my new boobs.” She continued, “My surgery decisions were supported by my famous mother because she knew how unhappy I was before.
Chloe has struggled with eating disorders and drug addiction her entire life, but she has finally managed to maintain her sobriety. She even claimed that she fixed her bad boob job last year as a “reward for my sobriety.” She referred to a report from several years ago that claimed she had a rib removed in order to reduce her waist as an “absolute lie.”
She declared, “I’d never dream of removing a crucial component of my anatomy.” “I work out to stay in shape, and I wear a waist trainer.” Chloe is no longer uncomfortable with being the daughter of a famous singer and actress; she has also come to terms with her physical appearance.
She admitted as much to Access Hollywood in 2015, “There was a lot of pain. I continue to receive remarks telling me to “stop riding on your mother’s coattails” and other such nonsense. Being in the shadow of someone so extraordinary and flawless is challenging, especially since I am far from flawless. “I’ve gone through a lot, and having millions of people watch those things and judge me without knowing me has actually made those problems worse,” she said.
Olivia Newton-Plastic John’s Surgery: Botox and Fillers Rumors!
Fans suspected Olivia Newton-John (@therealonj) of having plastic surgery, including Botox and fillers.
It’s simply not possible to be in Hollywood for so long and still avoid speculation about plastic surgery. At the end of the day, it’s showbiz, and it’s shallow. The slightest change in how you look for whatever reason (it could be as simple as a bad make-up day) may be perceived as getting work done. Olivia Newton-John was no exception to this rule.
The Hollywood icon first became the subject of plastic surgery rumors in 2012, when she appeared on Loose Women to promote her cookbook LivWise. The viewers couldn’t take their gaze away from her face, particularly her forehead, which was in stark contrast to her eyes. Her forehead appeared too smooth, owing to the lack of wrinkles, whereas crow’s feet were visible around her eyes.
It was unavoidable that people would make assumptions about plastic surgery, and some did conclude that Olivia Newton-John used Botox. Only it appeared to be very incomplete (only on the forehead) because she most likely skipped the anti-wrinkle injections around her eyes, which made it far too obvious.
This would not be Olivia Newton-last John’s encounter with assumptions about plastic surgery. Four years later, in 2016, she was photographed with a suspiciously smooth and wrinkle-free face that appeared bloated. This time, speculation about her getting fillers piled on top of Botox assumptions.
The fact that her daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, completely transformed her appearance with plastic surgery did not help and, in fact, contributed to the speculation about Olivia getting cosmetic surgery because, if Olivia had been opposed to having work done, she would have intervened in her daughter’s obsession with it.
Despite the rumors of Botox and fillers, Olivia Newton-John has always maintained that she has never undergone any plastic surgery procedures. In response to the allegations of cosmetic surgery, the actress stated that she could never go through with it.
Olivia Newton-John did not hide the fact that she had previously considered plastic surgery. She admitted to visiting plastic surgeons multiple times for consultations when she was down and out, but she couldn’t bring herself to go under the knife and always left their office as she came, natural. She stated,
I’ve had points in my life when I’ve gone to see plastic surgeons when I was down and depressed or after a break-up or something, but I couldn’t ever do anything.
Perhaps Olivia Newton-last-minute John’s hesitation to undergo plastic surgery was due to the fact that she had already had surgery for medical reasons and did not take it lightly. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 1992, she underwent a partial mastectomy and breast reconstruction. Perhaps she was reminded of the discomforts associated with surgery.
Another reason could be that Olivia Newton-John did not want to look like those Hollywood actresses.
I couldn’t go through with it. I thought, “I don’t want to look like those women”. Some of them look great, it doesn’t all look bad, but I couldn’t do it.
Olivia Newton-John also stated that, while she had moments of weakness and temptation, she had always wanted to age ‘gracefully’ and preferred being natural rather than ‘cut and slash.’ She stated that she had come this far and hoped to continue.
