Martha Maccallum Career

From 1991 to 1996, MacCallum worked as a business news correspondent for Wall Street Television, where she gained her first exposure in broadcasting. She contributed to the programs “World Market Outlook,” “The Wall Street Journal Report,” and “Business USA” when she was there. She decided to switch stations in 1996 and started working at WBIS-TV. Although the network’s goal was to concentrate on sports and business, it eventually failed miserably and swiftly dissolved.

MacCallum afterward worked for NBC/CNBC as an anchor and news reporter. She first gained recognition as a regular contributor to the well-liked show “The News with Brian Williams” and then became a co-anchor on CNBC’s “Morning Call with Martha MacCallum and Ted David.”

MacCallum relocated to the Fox News Channel in 2004. She hosted “The Live Desk” from 2006 to 2010 and “America’s Newsroom” from 2010 to 2017.
