A local judge who was tending to the case of the killing of George Floyd suspended or disqualified the county attorney’s office. However, The reason to do so was that the judge found them working sloppily as said by the reporters who were there in the hearing, recording everything.
Appearing to George Floyd’s killing in may, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman sent prosecutors to the medical health examiners. This man did the autopsy and made the autopsy report of the late George Floyd. Furthermore, This man’s statement turned the lawyers into witnesses, and the four police officers lost all they had. WCCO-TV reporter Esme Murphy reported this tweeted from the courtroom.
The hearing that was held on Friday was the first hearing in which all four accused were present together. Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, Tou Thao, and J. Alexander Kueng, all of these former officers, were presented together.
Chauvin, the arresting officer, was the one who kneed George Floyd’s neck. He kept kneeling him for eight minutes and forty-six seconds as the victim, however, continued to beg to say he can’t breathe. The ruthless man still didn’t have the heart to leave the 46-year-old alone!
